Penny is a super sweet and personable mare, not very opinionated and can take a joke. Great packer for kids or ameteur adults on our weekend group trail rides. She has been all over VA and NC trail riding. We bred and raised her here on this farm then sold her to a friend down in NC that used her for trails and hunter pleasure shows and she was always in the ribbons. Prefers the trails but can easily walk/trot/canter 15 mile trail rides and loves it. She's steady and willing. Crosses rivers, bridges, rides in front, back, middle. Will neck rein or direct rein and has a very soft mouth but can take the mistakes of a kid and keep to her job. Voice commands on the lunge, trailers around a couple times a week and has excellent ground manners. TO GOOD HOME ONLY! AQHA 15hh Sorrel Gelding
Big stocky, foundation built gelding can carry any rider
Dakota is a great all around gelding, he's suitable for lessons with advanced beginners from Non-Pro Reining, Local Team Penning, low hunters, or just trail riding. Great work ethic and willingness. He has a big stop to him if asked, he rides to the knowledge of his rider. Never gets excited or nervous, been there done that kind of horse. Sound and sane, has a few windpuffs on back fetlocks from professional reining training in his younger days but is just cosmetic. One ear was frostbit out West where he was raised and broke under saddle. He's a fancy looking horse with a lot of training. Priced low to good home. Even at 14 years old he's worth twice the money. You cant put this kind of the training on such a well bred horse for less than 10k. Very sweet in your pocket kinda guy. Excellent ground manners and loads into any trailer like a gentleman.
